    Is there any changes now for call in to make reservation at home resort??

    I thought they are able to give us instant confirmation if we call in to book for home resort???

    I had called in yesterday to booked for langkawi April 2011 but they said will call me back to confirm by end of the day, if not by next day. Today (is their next day already) but no news at all.. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

    Calling them now and had been holding for almost 18min...

    this two weeks even more worst, they said will call back within 2 days, but after one week they didn't make any call to me. they are seriously short of hand, bvc must pay attention on it.

    Yesterday, after so many attempts calling BVC, finally someone picked up my calls and i poured out my sorrow at the operator. He is very helpful but still unable to give me confirmation over the phone.

    At last they reply me with comfirmation this morning through email. Evil or Very Mad

    I'm so happy now that i will be able to stay at MY resort.. Smile bounce bounce

    i mail more then half month they didn't reply, i thought mail booking is useless, so i always call to book.

    ya.. the operator told me if email will take a longer time for reservation staffs to reply. Mad

    wondering what can we do to help in speeding up in our room request.. I was told there are 4 reservation staffs to handle all our bookings. Enough staff right? hmmm... Question Question but why are we still facing so much problem?? who can help?? confused confused

    It's consider lucky to get someone to pick up you call.
    I always called and listen to machine answering for more than 10mins++, then they cut off my call automatically.
    So i hv no choice and hv to book/inquiry thru email...sighs
