    I have made Tele-booking 3 days ago but no confirmation received yet Sad Call BVC everyday but seems treating my booking is new everytime I called. Not sure how I can find out my booking is under processing, really annoying!!!

    Almost 1 week now, still no reply. Called BVC again yesterday a few times, somebody picked-up the phone then hang-up (at least 4 times.... Mad ) wasting my long distance call fee. Can't believe BVC management allow this kind of "service" to their members. Really frustrated... budget airticket fee is getting higher everyday. Planning a vacation with staying in BVC resort is a nightmare!!! Luckily I didn't join for the longest year plan.

    Continue to call...2-3 times a day, it doesn't help. I talked to different operators and I familiar with their names/voice now but they only said they passed the info to the Reservation. Yesterday I got a new answer that the confirmation has already emailed to me 2 days ago but I never received so far. Call again this morning and operator said it has already re-emailed... however, still not received. Life becomes so painful dealing with BVC resorts booking Evil or Very Mad Now understand some of the members said calling BVC would pump-up the blood pressure to the highest level. Hope there is a way to sell-off my BVC membership...

    I face the same problem with you. I call up on 16 June, want to make a reservation for next week. The guy operator told me, he cannot check the room availability, then take down all my info, and will reply me within 3 days.
    Because it is so urgent, then i call back again at the same day before the go off, the girl operator told me they will call me within 2 days. Mean latest by 17 june they will call me.
    Yesterday 17 June, i didn't receive they call, then i call up again to check my status, the guy tell me he cannot tell me the status, and they already pass the reservation status to operator, the operator will call be by end of the day. I never receive any call from then at all.
    This morning 18 June, i call up and ask again, the guy tell me they are upgrading their system, cannot check any of the booking status. Have to wait until monday.
    He told me , after monday, all the booking must using online, cannot through phone, and the online password had send out by this week.
    Alamak, i stay at east malaysia, the ordinary mail some times need 2 week baru reach my home, that mean within whole next week , i cannot make any booking.
    I really dissapointed on this kind of customer services. I wasted 3 days waiting for reply, it make me last minutes have to find others hotel to stay.If i know the result earlier, i can find others hotel to stay, no need wait until now .. call and find the hotel to stay!

    "confirmation" makes it worse

    Hi,HH - I believe there are a lot of BVC members experiencing the same situation as us. I finally received the confirmation by email but they only gave me 1 room instead of 3 rooms that I requested and no alternatives resort suggestion. Now, if I cancel it, I will lose 3 nights entitlement (because less than 90 days) or I have to book extra rooms to fit 6 persons, BVC put me in a very difficult situation. All the problems we are facing just because of BVC poor service and useless booking system. BVC management should think clearly how to improve their service to the members

    I truely understand the pains and frusts across this kind of services provided by so called a big company "berjaya". I don't really feel to enjoy and plan my holiday since I know must have some #*&^%$ to them.

    The annual maintenance fees now keep on incresing but seems we got the peanut servises.

    I wonder what we can do ? there wouldn't be anything change if we only put our frustration here but the BVC management not aware (or they aware but ignore) our pain..... Mad Mad

    No matter how we complain, it seems to be useless. Our hard earn money has already been taken by the big sharke. I am thinking whether we are able to form a committee in order to take an action against Berjaya Vacation Club.

    Yes, that is what i wish to see we form a committee to raise our voice to BVC management (although it may not change anything). But we will talk to media if really no channel for us to let BVC management to hear us.

    Again , is it worth we paid to suffer this stress ? i can see it is good to have some changes during past couple of years , like online reservation and check the resort availability. but putting the limitation of only one book per peak season is sound unacceptable to me. Is that stated in the membership agreement we signed ? if we know this limitation earlier , will we subscribe this kind of membership ?? and i also want to know how this AMF (Annual Maintenance fees) adjustment being approved ? from members or management ?



    we need more members to respond.

    Suggest you read the BVC LC Chairman Letter to Trustees in respect of unjustified approval of AMF increased, Trustees reply, and also the LC minutes posted on BVC Liaison Website. Share with us your views after you have read it.
