I like new online booking system

so far, all topics here are very negative, to raise all hopes, I will start with 1 positive note on BVC

I like the new online booking system, all info are to be had in 1 single place, no more waiting for confirmation slip, review yr bookings history, room availability, request cancellation etc

I think this is a big step forward (better late than never)

but i do agree that the new online booking system is much appreciated, at least, now i know where & when is available...

yup, i like the new online booking system too. Everything is clear, inquiry/room availability/entitlements/amendment, everything is much more easier and clear.
Besides, i think they do some improvement by taken out normal sunday as peak period, allow booking for peak period to more than 1room..even it's not something big, but i feel great that at least they are listen to member's opinion&need and try doing some improvements, really appreciate that ..

so envy...

As a Singapore's memeber, we do not have the benefit of doing online booking.

I think its best that you give a call to BVC and ask for the online log in. I thought now all BVC members must book via online for home resorts except affliate hotels.

I emailed them (somewhere mid last year) to request for the password and they called back then to informed that it is not applicable for Spore's members yet.

Maybe i should call BVC again..
