Poor BVC Service...Need Actions

I am frastrated with the poor service, feel like not worth joining the BVC with yearly high maintenance. Always could not get the reservation for nonsense reasons.
I am suggesting to get all who are not happy with BVC to file reports to Ministry of Trade, and get compensation or let the Ministry of Trade do something fair for public.
I am thinking now is good time to file complain as our government will pay attention to gain back confidence of the public.

I am one of the very unhappy customer as well. I joined BVC since 2002 and the service and product are just getting worse every year. I want to sell off my membership and unfortunately cannot find anybody to buy.

The reservation sucks obviously, the home resort hotels are getting less every year, the surcharge is getting higher every year and the room availability is getting less. Now, I can get even cheaper rate on hotel through internet.

There is always no response on the complaint and you have to call like hundred times to get to the phone operator. This is one big lousy time share ever, feel like being cheated.

I am very very disapointed with BVC. It is cheating members time and again and is getting worse by the day. Something needs to be done. This is what I underwent recently.
I booked Redang beach resort months back and confirmation slip already issued then all of a sudden with another week plus before departure I received phone call from a so call manager from BVC asking me to cancel the trip. Their reason is all resorts in Redang are on renovation. Guys! do you think its fair after going through hell before placing the booking (including flight booking)getting leave approval from employer and all preparation done than asked to cancel everything. When I called back BVC to protest the so called manager who speaks more like a "Don" than a client service staff I got more sick with all brandnames bearing the sign BERJAYA and VINCENT TAN. Need advice what to do next.

That's one of the reason whereby the members are having grouses against BVC Club. Due to its neverending removal of resorts without substitutions, the members now having limited resorts which are not maintained properly even though every year there is a claim on maintenance fees incurred.

Its best that you sent a complain over to BVC and keep their reply as your records in case of any dispute. It sucks to have these kinda of vacation clubs which promises nothing but to provide lots of inconveniences to the members.

Maybe they shouldn't have put it as Berjaya Vacation Club. It's best to called it as 'Anger Management' course.
