I have written an email to BVC customer service on March08 regarding the loss of usage of KL plaza facilities. I have a reasonable reply from BVC staff - Ronnie Tan, however, they have not done anything till now (14 months later)... I guess, they are trying to buy time and drag as long as they can. All I can think about is, the General Manager are hired to work for BVC, therefore, all of their 'new' ideas will protect BVC rather than BVC members. The staff of BVC should pay to join BVC membership as well and tell us how they feel about paying the whole membership plus yearly maintenance fees plus surcharge plus unreasonable service charges and benefits reduction. Are you willing to promote this to your relatives? BVC staff, if you think it's worth for the money, please provide the facts and figure.

KL Plaza clubhouse facilities,
The above has been made available for members' usage since 1998, when the 5th floor of the KL Plaza apartment block underwent a renovation and refurbishment exercise and BVC arranged with the Management Company to allow BVC members access even though this facility was not provided for in the membership agreement.So long as the property belongs to the Berjaya Group, the usage for members' could continue.Regretfully the property has been sold to a third party and the arrangement has now come to an end.
Notwithstanding the above, BVC has managed to obtain permission form the new vendors to allow for members usage till 30th June, 2008.In the meantime, BVC is sourcing for alternative locations and would inform members' should this become fruition.
